This is a different type of podcast from Spanky. Important topic, but there's just not a lot in here that's actionable. However, be on the lookout for ABV's launch.

Just back from the North American Gaming Regulators Association Conference.

Mentions starting a non-profit soon, a player's advocacy group called the ABV, American Bettors Voice (where have I heard this before?). Doing this with Richard Schuetz and Billy Walters. Will be announcing the full board in a month or so.

5:55 - Went to NAGRA for fact finding to see what the regulators know/don't know in Charleston, SC. 11:15 - Conference was strict about taking pictures of slides/etc so there's a limitation on what he can and can't say (so there's just not going to be a lot here). Mentions some regulators approached him saying they didn't know limiting of banning happened.

14:50 - Mentions that someone asked him if he thought "player props shouldn't be settled for 30 days" was a good idea.

24:30 - Good note bringing up the DK financial filing that mentioned that they "didn't know how much longer they could employ limiting to the extent that they have been".

29:30 - Mentions that Jags case where the guy emails from the Jaguars email address to an operator looking for a limit increase. (Does Spanky know who the Jaguars are? What are setting the line at that he knows who Trevor Lawrence is? /s).
