Notes:
Reviewed this one because the title of the podcast was "Why Caesars Sportsbook is Aggressive on Limits".

Nick is the Product Lead at Caesars Sportsbook.

35 sec - Swipe to Bet: No longer exists in the most recent app update. Obviously trying mimic Robinhood, but the types of trading don't exactly match and there were some bugs so feature was sunsetted. Their design & branding team seems to be internal (since the Will Hill Days).

4:30 - Brings up the pretty obvious fact that the Caesars brand is more brick & mortar so that clientele skews older so marrying this loyal, older customer base with the app is a challenge. "Not a digital only company - need to get to that 10% level of digital market penetration, narrow our focus". Some advantage that their VIP program has more flexibility than digital only companies.

Bunch of convo about the DKs/FDs innovating & then the sweepstakes sites & evaluating those new features, but then how with their core business not all these features match (swipe to bet being one).

12:35 - "Fire Bets" - Utilizes the Simplebet platform (which might be purchased soon). "Microbets are engaging, but there's many of them - how do we bring the right markets to the user?". At 14:55 mentions that it is powered by some business logic so it is somewhat automated in terms of bringing certain markets to users, not fully AI/ML driven, but trending towards that way.

17:25 - Limit Talk: Was a conscious decision led by their Trading Director Craig Mucklow - felt it was better for trading long term on the info and let it eat into margins a little. (Was hoping for a little more here, sort of a letdown).

Bunch of "single wallet" ("omnichannel") integration talk where this integration will allow single wallet users to more effortlessly move around their properties and products, while from a Caesars perspective keeps you in their ecosystem.
